Hello,
I have a staff member who clients keep leaving 'Priority' voicemail messages for (these are calls originating from outside the County phone system). This is a problem for her because she will come in to close to 50 voicemails. She addresses them as FIFO, but when so many people are marking their messages as Priority, she's forced to listen to those first. Most of them are just people saying, 'This is Joe, please call me back'. Nothing that should be priority.
Please let me know if there's a way to disable this feature on a per-mailbox basis.
