  • 1.  Disable Aura 'Priority' Messages Per Mailbox

    Hello, 

    I have a staff member who clients keep leaving 'Priority' voicemail messages for (these are calls originating from outside the County phone system). This is a problem for her because she will come in to close to 50 voicemails. She addresses them as FIFO, but when so many people are marking their messages as Priority, she's forced to listen to those first. Most of them are just people saying, 'This is Joe, please call me back'. Nothing that should be priority. 

    Please let me know if there's a way to disable this feature on a per-mailbox basis.

    Have you looked in the subscriber's User Preferences screen under My Phone?  The playback order can be set. For both Unread and Read messages there is a checkbox to Play important messages before others.  Is this checked?

    Tom, thank you so much for your reply! I don't seem to have a User Preferences screen or My Phone. Does this give you a better idea of the options I have for her mailbox?

    I have Aura messaging.  That looks like a different system.
