  • 1.  Avaya Workplace 3.17 Release notes Bug Fixes

    The release notes for Release 3.17 mention the following:

    • Support for Button Module and button labels customization
    I updated my Workplace for Windows to 3.17, but the edit option for my button  module is greyed out so I cannot customize the labels.

    Is anyone else running into this problem?

    P.S. I can however customize a button label within the app.

    Bill, I can confirm that in System Manager, I can edit button labels on a button module.  Running System Manager 8.1.3 and IX Workplace 3.17.

    Thanks Tom. I was looking at this from the users point of view, in that they do not have access to SMGR to change their own button labels. The documentation mentioned that users should be able to change this from within the app, or so I thought.
