  • 1.  System Manager Import

    Good afternoon all,

    I am attempting to import users into system manager but I seem to be missing something. I downloaded a user and saved the template. I modified the template to include all of my new users.

    I attach the excel file and it completes without any errors and the users are created. The issue is that the import doesn't seem to move through the tabs to import the data for sip handle, session manager profile and CM profile. Am I doing completely wrong or am i just missing something.

    Todd,

     

    When filling out the other tabs (Handle, SM Profile, etc.), make sure the Login Name contains the Name field from the Comm Profile tab.  For example, if your Profile Set tab has an entry with the Login Name field value of "12345@company.com" and a Name field value of "Primary", on the Handle tab the Login Name must actually be "12345@company.com#Primary".   Same with the Login Name on the Session Manager Profile tab, CM Endpoint Profile tab, etc.

    That was my issue. I didnt expand the cell to see the primary on the end. edited file and imported everything just fine. Thank you so much my friend
