    We are testing our phones with the daily check for updates available in 4.0.9.  We have an hour long window set but the phones seem to be getting the updates almost an hour outside of the window.  The time on the displays is correct.  We are not using AADS for this exercise and have the phones pointing to our own provisioning server, which also has the correct time.  We have checked the 46XX file and the daylight savings option is setup correctly.  Any ideas where else we should be looking for this timing issue?  We are working with Avaya but they haven't been able to come up with a resolution at this time.
