    Looking for a documented process on using WinSCP to download SIP Traces from the SBCE, to send to a Provider.

    traceSBC runs under the root account, so you must first use chown to change the file ownership to the ipcs account.  Once done you can move the file to the /home/ipcs folder allowing you to use WinSCP to move the file using the ipcs credentials.

    Thanks Tom for the feedback, and I was able to get this to work with changing the file permissions.
