We are considering using a company called Mindshare for automated customer satisfaction surveys. Mindshare provides an application called SEED to help collect data (agent ID, call back number for the customer). SEED resides on a virtual server and hangs off of an AES server. The app listens to begin and end call events and passes along the appropriate data to Mindshare for the call back. Has anyone had any experience with SEED?
