  • 1.  System Manager - Scheduled back up location - announcement back ups

    I am trying to find where the default location for the annoucement board scheduled back up is. I scheduled a back up for all the announcements in all the boards. It states it completed succesfully, however I cant seem to find the destination location for the back up. Has anyone been able to succesfully use that back up feature and know the location of the files?

    no and yes - my backups are not successful at this point, but that is quite sure caused by missing firewall rules here.
    nevertheless, the property-file could be backuped here, the backup file is lcoated in

    /opt/Avaya/IPTCM/7.0.9/Announcement/backup/<SystemName>/

    we are using SMGR7, with a former version i guess you need to modify the version number in the path.
