We currently use the System Platform Utility Server to collect CDR records. We would like to also collect the CDR to secondary location. Is that possible if you are using the Utility Server?

Under system parameters CDR we only have a primary field. Is having a secondary a licensed feature?

    Craig,

The moment you change the primary CDR output to DISK, the secondary option disappears from the CDR Parameters form.  You can't mix and match DISK with CDR1/CDR2.

That said, what prevents you from copying the records to multiple hosts?  In the CM Web Interface, you can add logins of type CDR_user.  Those users can pull CDR records from the server.  If Utility server is automatically deleting them when it pulls them, you just have to make sure you get them first.

    Tom

Thank you! I think I have the location/filename of where CM writes CDR to its disk. We are looking for a tool to automate logging into and grabbing the log file so we don't have to do it manually.

    Utility Server CDR backup option

I get downloads in CSV format but there is only a header line and no records.

Archive open I get raw data. Not sure why the backup open has no data in the CSV file?

The CDR Reports option is working as expected.
