Unable to process BOOTP request / Missing call logs

    Recently we are experiencing problems with our Avaya phone system.

    Some phones (which are linked in a group) are not showing the call log correctly or showing it at all. It seems like the logs has been reset and only calls from outside the network are being logged. This is only for the phones that are part of a group. All other phones show their own logs correctly.

    I logged into IP Office but didn't find any changed or strange settings.

    However I do see the following messages appear in the Status bar:

    Monday, January 06, 2020 11:39:49 AM : Received BOOTP request for e05f459ec52b, 0.0.0.0:68, unable to process
    Monday, January 06, 2020 11:43:16 AM : Received BOOTP request for 040e3cc6d901, 0.0.0.0:68, unable to process
    Monday, January 06, 2020 11:45:07 AM : Received BOOTP request for 54bf64758d0e, 0.0.0.0:68, unable to process
    Monday, January 06, 2020 11:47:28 AM : Received BOOTP request for 542696d27f43, 0.0.0.0:68, unable to process

    Does this have something to do with the call logs dissappering?
