    Hello,
Looking to do a clean up of CMS logins.  Is there a command to see the last time a CMS user logged in ?
    Thank you.

    HI Sandy
Not sure if you have an answer or not.
1.Log into the CMS server with root,
    2. type cd /export/home
    3. type ls -la
4.the system will return the list of IDs and the date is the last login date.

Just a word of caution, if you delete an ID that has created ad owns a custom report, the custom report will also be deleted.  As well, if an ID is only used for ODBC access to the CMS server, it will show as not being logged in.

Avaya offers an Account Cleanup and report ownership scripts.  The Account Cleanup allows you to go in and state the number of days since last login, the system will return a list of IDs that meet the criteria.  you can also add IDs to an exception list so they are never deleted.  Once you have the list of IDs eligible for deletion you can find out how owns custom reports and change the ownership if you need to.  To delete the IDs you can run the delete script and it automatically removes all files for the ID.
I used these scripts to clean up 14 CMS servers globally that had never had an ID cleanup performed.  The scripts are easy to use and worth the money, especially if you have a few servers to maintain.   The cleanup was done prior to upgrade to CMS R18 and consolidation of our CMS servers from 14 pairs to 6 globally.

Hope it helps, have a great day.
