  • 1.  SMGR Local users search from Avaya IX Workspace Widnows client

    HI,

    I would like to know if its possible to search SMGR Local Users from Workplace Windows client, with no LDAP integrations for directory search.
    From SIP 9611 phone I can search SMGR users from Contacts screen by typing First or Last name.
    Idea is to remove dependency from updating extensions in AD as its difficult to keep it updated being managed by a different team.

    Arslan,
    I believe IXW has only Enterprise Directory, and contacts, which have to be assigned to the user record in System Manager.
