  • 1.  One-X Agent logs in logged-out agents when PC loses then regains network connection

Hi all, I've noticed a thing that happens, and it's a real problem for my enterprise. It seems to be by design, so I'm hoping you can figure out where I can toggle this off.

Avaya One-X Agent, H.323. Agent logs out, but leaves Station connected and application running. Agent state is Logged Out. Later, the device on which One-X Agent is running loses network connectivity. A dialog pops that says "Connection Restoring: Please wait while system recovers..." Upon network reconnection, One-X Agent logs the agent back in, and into an Aux state.

For us, this is bad. We don't want an agent ever logged in unelss the agent him or herself manually does it. Does anyone know where I can turn this "feature" off?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

In the system settings for each user, under the Agent tab, deselect "Automatically sign into the ACD server".
    Hope this helps.

Perfect...I didn't think to look in the client itself. That did the trick! I don't love that now the agent has an extra mouse click to make upon login, but that's not the end of the world. Much appreciated!
