Hi team,
We are an Avaya Aura 7.1 enterprise users with 20 lsp locations.
Two days before we had a hardware outage in centralized DC and most of the services relayed from this DC were impacted including the voice services.
But due to LSP survivablity architecture none of the users were impacted from telephony perspective and they continued to work transparently.
Now, I want to prepare & present the report for the calls completed in LSP mode of 20 locations, for my management.
Can anyone please guide me how this can be achieved.
