Hi,
First copy your current 46xxsettings.txt file in a backup folder.
Edit 46xxsettings.txt file:
In the section:
#################### LANGUAGE SETTINGS ####################
SET SYSTEM_LANGUAGE Mlf_Arabic.xml ## default system language file (if this needed).
SET LANGUAGES Mlf_English.xml,Mlf_Arabic.xml ## language files to be installed/downloaded to the phone.
In the section:
# SETTINGSJ179
SET LANGUAGES Mlf_J169_J179_Arabic.xml
Restart your J179.
You can check PPM messages during your J179 boot.
Let us know if you succeeded.
