Hi,
I am trying to get reports for unanswered calls for our front desk employees (non ACD environment).
Calls are being received on Analog trunks. Call flow is :
Analog trunks ====> VDN ===> Vector ====> Hunt Group (Type = Circular) ====> Extensions.
All extensions are H.323 and CDR Reports is set to "r" on Trunk group page 1.
When a call is not answered by any of Hunt Group extensions, the same call shows as answered by Announcement extension under CDR report, this announcement extension is part of Vector.
We want this call should be shown as not answered under Hunt group or its member extensions.
Please suggest me in achieving this.
We are achieving same by using ISDN PRIs.
