Update work around: 9/22/20
In SMGR / Users / Groups & Roles / Groups-
Added a new Group, type: users / Group Membership: Selection Based
Using this new Group:
Select "Assign Resources" / Filter for the user / select the user and "Add To Group" / Commit
Go back into the Group / Select and Remove the Assigned Resource / Commit
Can now change the login name...

Subject: Cannot change identity login name for some users in SMGR
This week we have run into a couple users that we cannot change the identity login name. Not sure if it is related to installing SMGR SP 6 last Friday.
Getting this error:
EJBTransactionRolledbackException:
GLS_RESOURCE_DOES_NOT_EXIST
Anyone else having this issue or suggestion to fix?
Able to make changes to the in identity tab to users last name, display name, time zone just can't add email.
Able to make changes to the Communication profile with no problem.
Verified the login name/email are not already in the system.
Have not tried deleting and adding the users back.
