    Hi,

    We want to assign Voice VLAN to voice packets generated from One-x Communicator (Windows client in H.323 mode), as we have dedicated network for voice traffic, currently Soft-client users are complaining for bad voice quality as traffic is going on data network and I have no means to route the voice packets from PC via voice vlan,

    Please suggest me for this case.

    No way to  separate vlan on a the softphone.  It will use the settings for the PC.     

    I've found alot of "bad Quality" things  are related to the end-users setup  -   What type of connection they have ; the correct audio source selected for the soft client,  

    The new WFH has definitely forced troubleshooting down to the end-user environment
