    Can someone explain the differences between basic ACD vs elite? What are the limitations of basic ACD? With basic ACD can you use the same vectoring to queue calls to skills? Can CMS Supervisor be used for reporting? Any information on basic ACD would be helpful. I'm having trouble finding documentation comparing the two.
