Good afternoon!
We use Fax as contact channel with our AACC/AML configuration, routing contact to FX_ skillsets by pulling faxes from an e-mailbox. Fax also remains a viable channel for the rest of our enterprise.
Our leadership is asking us to evaluate current industry options for a 3rd-party fax provider. This platform would be used for the enterprise, as well as our Contact Center. These evaluation would let us know if we should stay the course with our current provider, or move to something else.
For those of you who use Fax as a contact channel today, what fax providers do you use?
