    Anyone having issues with AACC Real Time Displays in Win10 1809?
    The page loads, but the data does not.
    Is this a know issue with a fix/workaround?

    Contact Center RTD works on Windows 10 1803 (Build 17134) and IE version 11.648.17134.0
    Contact Center RTD does not work on Windows 10 1809 (Build 17763) and IE version 11.0.17763.1

    Al,

    This is a issue and it's a Windows defect.  If you can remain at 1803 or rollback to it, that is the best solution.  Avaya has been working with MS to find a resolution and per this article:

    they expect a solution soon and the ability to provide a fix by mid May, however this is tentative and dependent on MS.

    This problem is caused by a defect in Windows 10, v1809. Microsoft is working on a fix.

    Theoretically the fix has been released, but I didn't see anything in the MSDN social forum saying the fix worked, anything in the Microsoft KB saying the fix applies to this problem, or any feedback from the field services team at my company saying that tests with this fix and AACC RTDs were successful.

     

     

    If this works for you, please reply to this thread (as I indicated, I'm still waiting from confirmation from internal resources that this worked. We're not converted over to Win10 yet, and I'm still on Win7, so it's impossible for me to do any testing myself.)

    We applied the KB to one PC and it worked. We'll do two more tomorrow and report back.
