  • 1.  AAfD (Avaya Agent for Desktop) Causing MS TEAMS Calls to Disconnect

    We are just installing and performing testing with the AAfD client and every time that I launch, close, log in/out of the AAfD client if I have an active MS TEAMS call in process the TEAMS call is disconnected.

    Has anyone run into this and know what the solution/resolution is?

     Are you using a headset with some form of soft phone integration software?  Platronics and Jabra software both provide soft phone integration APIs.  Possibly aafd is detecting the headset is "off hook", assuming it's for an auto answer agent and signaling the headset API to hang up.
