Exhibitor Services Kit 

Freeman is the official exhibitor services partner for Avaya Engage 2023.  The official Exhibitor Services Kit welcome email with instructions for how to log into your online ordering portal will be sent to your company’s primary contact.  If you do not receive that email or have any questions, please reach out to partnersupport@iaug.org.

Exhibitor Registration 

Exhibitors will receive 2 free Solutions Expo plus badges per 10x10 booth size. Sponsor registration allotments vary based on level and can be found in the exhibitor prospectus.

All individuals working in your booth must register to attend. An official registration email with login credentials to our registration portal will be sent to your company’s primary contact within one week of receiving a signed contract. If it is past that date and you have not received your registration code, please contact us at partnersupport@iaug.org.

If you would like to upgrade your booth personnel to full conference registrants, you are able to make these changes in our registration platform.

Exhibitor Housing 

DEADLINE FOR HOTEL GROUP RATE BOOKING: Thursday, May 18, 2023

Avaya Engage will have rooms at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin.

The room rate at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort is $254.00 plus 12.5% occupancy tax and $30 per room, per day resort fee. Please be aware that there is a $25.00 fee for three occupants in a room. Children under 18 years of age may stay for free in their parents’ room using existing beds.

• 4:45 PM – 7:00 PM Solutions Expo Reception

• 4:30 - 6:30 PM Solutions Expo Reception

Wednesday, June 21^st 

• 12:00 - 2:00 PM lunch in Solutions Expo
• 2:00 - 2:15 PM Passport to Prizes drawing
