Steve Murphy – Vice President Steve Murphy has been consulting with clients for over twenty-five years. Steve has been with ARG since 2002, joining the team through the acquisition of NetGain Communications in 2010. Before the acquisition, Mr. Murphy both consulted with clients on technology investments and served as General Manager for a SaaS telecom expense management offering. His tenure at ARG has consisted of leading the Pricing and Analysis team, building the UCaaS, cloud, SD-WAN, and cybersecurity practices, as well Marketing oversight. Steve has worked with thousands of clients, and touching almost every industry. Today, his primary role is working with ARG’s largest and most complex client engagements to provide strategic insight into product fit and financial rationalization. Under Steve’s leadership, ARG provides compelling business case analyses that help clients fully understand the financial impact of their technology investment decisions Prior to ARG and NetGain Communications, Mr. Murphy led Product Marketing at Net2000, worked in Marketing and Finance with MCI (now part of Verizon), and was a Certified Public Accountant, consultant, and auditor at Arthur Andersen (now Accenture). His expertise in corporate finance, accounting, and product management drives his unique perspective centered around strategic goals and objectives. His rich experience and financial background deliver insight that helps clients make well thought out business decisions that encompass the impact across the organization. Mr. Murphy holds a BS degree from Georgetown University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Indiana University.

Dave DeCillis- Senior Product Specialist, With ARG since 2020, Dave DeCillis offers a wealth of information on infrastructure design & management, data & network security and compliance, business intelligence, application support, process improvement, and disaster recovery/business continuity. With 25 years in IT and 20 years leading IT teams – most recently as VP of IT for Cowan Systems, he also offers real world knowledge of how to gain buy in internally and roll out new technology. In addition to his IT leadership experience, Dave also brings 6 years of experience as a VAR managing network integration project management and support for 300 clients. Dave has made technology purchasing decisions and overseen countless infrastructure and software implementations across the country to thousands of users. During his tenure at Cowan, he built out IT staff and systems to transform the IT acquisition and roll-out strategies for one of the nation’s leading trucking and logistics organizations. DeCillis earned his BS in Business Information Systems from Stevenson University and holds a CISSP certification Practice lead for networking and information security, including: - SD-WAN - Enterprise connectivity - Compliance - SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) - Security Assessments - Managed & Co-Managed Security

Mike Shonholz Chief Revenue Officer Serving as Chief Revenue Officer for ARG, Mike leads consulting, partnerships and marketing. Mike Shonholz joined ARG as Chief Revenue Officer in 2019 from publicly held IT solutions and services heavyweight CDW where he was responsible for executing the growth and management of the company’s Aggregation, Infrastructure, & Managed Services business. Among his many accomplishments, Mike has been pivotal in establishing partnerships with leading industry providers and managing solution architects to developing relevant offerings, go to market strategies, and programs to successfully grow revenue and solve client business challenges. During his career, he has guided thousands of companies ranging from the Fortune 500 to start-up enterprises assessing the competitive environment for the full suite of technology solutions.
