Recently, ConvergeOne consolidated our own various Avaya systems that came along with the acquisitions of recent companies. Once consolidated, we then moved to mass migration from H.323 to SIP. Why SIP? How did we do it? What endpoints did we choose? What policies did we put in place? How did we use leverage LDAP Synchronization, User Provisioning Rules, and Device Enrollment Services to automate the process? How did we drive adoption?
