We are looking to see if anyone has a UI or a way for their Business Customers to manage (add or remove) audio files on the media servers. When we have updates we typically submit a MACD to Avaya to upload or replace an audio file. Unfortunately, there are times when these files play messages that are very out of date. Such as marketing material. I am looking at way to give my Business more control over the audio files. If anyone is aware of a way or a UI that would allow for my Business Customer to manage their own audio files while a Caller is in the queue I would love to hear about it.
