    Hi Folks,

    I hope this post finds you well. Currently, we are in the process of integrating Avaya Aura 10 (SBC>SM>CM) with MS Teams using the Direct Routing method.

    I have been searching through the official application notes on this topic, but unfortunately, the one available on the Avaya website is not very helpful and contains several inaccuracies.

    If any of you have already successfully achieved this integration, could you please share your knowledge or configuration notes with me? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Arsalan Zaidi,

     

    We have done this and have several customers with over 2000 users on Teams routing through Aura via direct routing.  There are a lot of variables and skill sets required to make this work properly.  What issues are you facing with your deployment?
