Not sure if the calls coming in are mobiles. Sometimes mobile callers, depending on the provider, it can be intermittent.
This is something I do, at the start of the day I do refresh of the workplace app, wake it up, and sometimes that helps.
When it comes to the softphone application, I find some users who use the workplace app, sometimes the right headset connection is not properly connected for speaking and hearing.

Has anyone else experienced an issue where on incoming external call when answered neither party can hear audio.
Caller hangs up and calls back and then there is audio.
Appreciate any thoughts/ideas around what could cause. Its happening on workplace and deksphone (less often on the deskphone). So far not happening on internal calls that we can tell.
