Avaya servers do not support installation of Crowdstrike.
Avaya does not support the installation of Crowdstrike. Currently, there are no devconnect white papers for the usage of Crowdstrike with any of our products. However, if there are security concerns about any of the packages being used in any of the products, we do have a security team that addresses any vulnerabilities found after system scans . They usually provide a .pdf after a scan is done on the switch with CVE ( common vulnerability exposure numbers) information and the vulnerable packages along with the port and application they were registered on. Once it does, you can send the report over to our security team and they will be able to show you the remediations for it.

Subject: CrowdStrike & Guardicore Install on Servers - The InfoSec Rabbit Hole
Hey folks,
Even though we've provided multiple documents from Avaya saying "don't do this", our Information Security team is insisting that we install CrowdStrike and Guardicore on our new R10 environment (we are completely premise).
So... has anyone done this? What was the outcome? I am hoping to proof it (good or bad) on the system prior to hot cutting our enterprise over onto this infrastructure.
