  • 1.  Call Quality issues/Can't reset VGMC

    We're having some call quality issues and tried to reset the vgmc's last night. They all reset fine but one. Tried DISC in switch and could, but wouldn't ENLC, had to do each port one by one. 
    When I run this command on the card, I get this:
    It looks like it's part of a node and is established.
    I also see it taking calls.
    Concerned about the number of messages compared to the others.
    1. Where do I go to see those messages
    2. How do I properly reset this card?
    Also getting these errors:

    we popped the card and we can manage through UCM now, still having the call quality issues.
    Not sure where to go next. It does seem like when we're at a higher traffic volume, call quality takes a dive. We're busier, but far from capacity. Our network team doesn't see anything that indicates congestion, latency, jitter, etc. Neither doesn Lumen.
