  • 1.  Best Contact Center for Smaller Companies

    Currently we use NICE Contact Center.  Their support is awful.  We previewed Avaya's AXP and our team loved it, but we only have about 35 agents.  So, we are doing a trial run with SalesForce next week, but it is very pricey.  Looking for any recommendations for a smaller agent base Contact Center that would be recommended.

    Hi Carissa - What are the use cases you're looking to support and how do you want the integration with Salesforce?  For example, do you want your agents to take, make, track calls in Salesforce?  Do you currently have existing AVAYA infrastructure?  

    There are a lot of options out there, and with a little more background, I'm happy to offer some suggestions.
