    How are people supporting 911 calls from remote workers using Avaya Workplace or Avaya Agent for Desktop?  Is there a calculation to how many licenses might be needed from a product like Red Sky or Secure911?

    We are deploying Intrado's E911 platform.  From what our integration tester are telling me, it works with all of the softphone we have in use.

    We use 911 Secure's Gatekeeper product for remote workers with softphones.
