Anyone out there using One-X attendant who might have come across this issue? The receptionist is typing and mid-type, the attendant call pop interrupts their typing and starts putting the typing into the attendant box? It's more of an annoyance for our operators as we use outlook on the same PC as one-x attendant. The keyboard strokes get entered into One-X attendant when the call comes in.....we are looking to try and stop the behavior.
Looking for anyone who has encountered this? Any resolutions?
