Hi folks, so from a South African perspective the many hours flight is well worth the value gained from building relationships, being exposed to new ideas in terms of managing a chapter, understanding how Avaya and related Devconnect Partners see the future and the IAUG specific workshops I can safely say we all agree that there is no other Users Group that we have participated in that beat the essence of what you guys have been doing for so many years.

We use the IAUG International conference as our baseline for what we need to do during the year and it is a learning curve every year as nothing stays the same.  We have much to look forward to every but I also have to admit that the exhibitions and social events do make for a well rounded experience.

To the team who arrange the conference we can certainly say 'WELL DONE!"  We are proud to be associated.

From all of us here in SA, cheers till we meet up in January 2019!!!

PS:  My favourite song for Austin would be :Waylon Jennings - Luckenbach (showing my age right?)

    Kind regards

Thank you, Louise! We all appreciate the intense travel required for you guys to come join us every year, but it is always great to see you. Watching Keith take the President's Award last year was a real highlight for me! Can't way to see you all in Austin!
