For an Android Cell, just plug the charging cable (less AC plug of course) into the port on the cell and the other end of the cable into a USB port of your PC. Allow access to content on the cell. The PC should see your cell's internal storage 'Download' folder, or navigate to it. Copy downloaded eContent PDF's to your PC's drive. You will need to rename them more meaningfully. It's slow but it works.
