Going to be starting discussions with our EMR vendor soon and I cannot find any information about what the integration setup is with Epic. Back in 2017 Avaya and Epic announced a platform partnership [Patient relations and Care Management] but there is no technical documentation following it up.
We have a successful integration with Salesforce via Avaya CRM and I'm hoping to find something similar with EPIC. If anyone has done this integration or has seen the elusive documentation I would love to chat.
