    Hello Everyone,

    I am wondering what others have done in their envoirnments in relation to providing device location information to the correct PSAP as recommended by NENA and required by some states when a 911 call is placed from a MLTS.

    Hi Melinda,

    We broke our locations out by floor and then by quadrant. We had a set range of IPs per user switch.  The extension and IP address (user switch is named for quadrant) is uploaded to West 911 services.​​

    We did almost exactly what Lori did. Building-Floor-N/S/E/W with West911 Services.
