    We have two sites NYC and The Bronx

    Option 1

    IP Office Hosted

    100% VOIP

    or Hybrid Solution

    Option 2

    IP Office onsite

    100% VOIP

    or Hybrid solution

     

    initial price hosted versus onsite

    fail over?

    reliability?

    One hosted to handle both campuses?

    Fail over for hosted and premises based?
    Ongoing costs after purchase for hosted and onsite x2 sites?
    100% collaboration with ESNA UC
