    Hi guyz,

    I'v a problem in BSR:

I tried to do everything by the book but the features didnt work :(
I checked all the requirement, maybe I missed something but here I post the vectors, VDNs and BSR application, can any1 tell me what to do..

    the primary VDN:
    Extension: 5314
    Name: BSR test
    Vector Number: 34
    Attendant Vectoring? n
    Meet-me Conferencing? n
    Allow VDN Override? n
COR: 1 this is high enough to access the IP trunk
    TN: 1
    Measured: none

    VDN of Origin Annc. Extension:

    3rd Skill:

    AUDIX Name:

    Return Destination:
    VDN Timed ACW Interval:
    BSR Application: 1
    BSR Available Agent Strategy: EAD-MIA

    Observe on Agent Answer? n

Display VDN for Route-To DAC? n
VDN Override for ISDN Trunk ASAI Messages? n

    BSR Local Treatment? y

    The primary vector:

the problem is that the BSR seems unable to get out of the local PBX coz I traced the TAC and it didnt try to go through it!! the trunk is in use and normal calls goes in both directions, when I tried the TAC in the BSR application the try went through but the trace of the primary vector gave me "bad response from poll" and the remote site's poll vector was probed and replies. BSR is working fine localy.

    HI

AS I know when we setup BSR. you should use UDP between local and remote pbx. what is 803 in bsr app 1 ( 8034019 )?. maybe you use tac code.

You cannot use a TAC as the polling will route across a B channel. You must use either an AAR or ARS pattern that routes over an IP trunk.
