  • 1.  Monitoring Avaya CM w/ Nagios or Extrahop

    Hi all,

    We're looking at monitoring solutions for our system, and are investigating all the usual suspects.

     

    However, the other groups within our IT department have some existing monitoring solutions that we may be able to leverage.

     

    Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) with either Nagios or Extrahop for monitoring system health and call quality for the Avaya CM/Session Manager?

    No, haven't yet, but will definitely look into it.

     

    Part of the reason I'm inquiring about the two specific products above is because I wouldn't have to buy anything (or much).
