I have 21 systems (1CM, 1ESS and 19 LSP's) I access through ASA 6.0. I'm installing ASA on a new laptop and don't want to set them up manually. I tried copying the entire Site Administrator directory after installing ASA on my new laptop, but had an error copying over one of the Bin folders even though nothing was open. Is there a file or files to copy to import the systems?

    Thanks.

Copy over the C:\Users\<<username>>\AppData\Roaming\Avaya\Site Administration\user\ folder from one PC to the other. Make sure to do it when ASA is closed (and has been closed for a few moments). That should copy all your settings, profiles and everything else. Ultimately, you need the persist.dat file, but getting all of them doesn’t hurt.
