    Hi all,

    I was wondering what everyone's experiences are with management tools. I am looking for something that will allow us to collect and store KPI metrics from our Avaya Aura system.

    I know there was once an Avaya product out there called Fault and Performance Manager which was part of the Avaya Integrated Management suite but I don't know if this is still being sold.

    What products are available? We would like something for QoS of course but also to pull the data from the PBX and SM if possible.

    CM 6.3
    MX 5.2
    AES 6.3
    SM / ASM 6.3

    Hi,

    I am interested as well. For now we are simply getting information about usage of our trunks via a custom built script that exctracts the snmp-data from CM and provide them to nagios. but this is only for trunk usage with CM-view and not more...
