G3 V16 Enterprise, working from home with One-X on my laptop, office extension is not forwarded, SAC'd, EC500 is disabled, when calling from my personal cell phone the call to my campus extension immediately covers to my campus voice mailbox and my greeting asking for my password. Tracing the call appears to be okay. I can make the call with RingCentral app and my desktop app rings and can be answered but not from my cell phone. My cell is configured for off pbx station mapping. Could anyone provided guidance on why I cannot call my office extension from my personal cell phone without the call immediately covering to voice mail asking me, with my greeting, to enter my passcode?
