    Anyone one else having issues with a St. Louis based Avaya partner?

    Alarms/tickets get ignored for many days.  Invoicing is often incorrect and in dispute.  Lack of knowledge with Enterprise solutions.

     

    Any recommendations for an Enterprise user in MO?
