Does anyone have a copy of this firmware?    We cannot move past CM 5.2.1. at this time but hope to upgrade next year.  It was recommend to update our firmware but it is no longer available on the website.

I appreciate the quick response. We are not having an trouble but we installed SP18 for another issue several months back and it was recommended when a recent issue occurred to upgrade the firmware to 30.29.0...

The forum is a last hope for now...Avaya was unable to assist. Our telephone switch is tethered to our 911 and I can't upgrade without doing both. Next year that should happen.

Hmmm....the Avaya web site says 30.29.0 is out there, but it doesn't come up in the search. I do have access to 32.26.0. That seems to be the oldest available for the G450.

Thanks, there is a note that directs to a PSN that details the software is no longer available.

I appreciate the responses, this is great even if nothing comes of it.

I have an email in to a long time tech who usually saves stuff like this. I'll let you know if he comes back with anything.

Can you send me the G450 30.29 FW ASAp -  as I have a critical need for it as we are benching a G450 tonight in our lab for a Sat AM shipment.
