System will not call forward calls off network when callers are out of local area code

will forward correctly if callers are in the same area code.

When I do a list trace st I get  "Denial event 1178: Normal call clearing D1=0x83005  D2=0x210

the caller gets a Message saying "you must first dial a 1 to complete call"

Hopefully someone has seen this problem!!!

    thanks

Outbound call is connected to trunk-group 5.. ars analysis, and route pattern programming should be sending provider +1 area_code+office_code+zzzz (1+xxx+yyy+zzzz)

Fix the ars analysis, route-pattern or change route to different trunk-group where provider does not need the +1

Thanks for the info.. I have a much better understand on how the calls are routed!

Unfortunately I still have the same problem. I only have one trunk group.

I still can’t call forward of net to my cell if the caller is out of my area code..

If I change my routing pattern to satisfy the outside number by inserting a 1, it routes correctly… the problem with that is locally area code calls get “you don’t need to dial a 1 to complete the call. The problem seems to be that their is no way of telling  if the call is in or out of my area code (505).

Is their anyway to know if a call is in or out of my area code?
