Is there a way to check the state of the servers running avaya CM?

I would like to check if there is an issue with the hardware, like disk state, raid, fans, faulty ram etc. so I can replace on a planned maintenance windows.

    Thank you

What version of CM and model of server(s) are you running?  On CM 6.3 you can use System Platform Webconsole to see any alrams. Also, if you're using Secure Access Link (SAL) and AVAYA's Expert Systems with your support contract, hardware alarms will be monitored by AVAYA and tickets created automatically when needed.

If you login to System Platform you can see the patch number you are on for CM. What you show is the generic CM version. Login to SP, click on Server Management, Patch Management, Manage. You should see the same as what you provide plus a five (5) digit number that is the patch you are running. For example   03.0.124.0-21971 and SP version is on the home page.I login to SP CDom and Dom0 to run commands. I've found defective hardware here and then call Avaya to tell them what we need. For example the raid battery on a DL360 can only be found using commands in Dom0. raid_status -b (short version to verify battery is charging) or -v.
