  • 1.  It appears we have lost our account manager - how does one find the replacement?

    I do not often contact our account manager - mostly for educational information about Avaya products, user group stuff, etc.  Just realized today (though it could have happened a while ago!) that my contact is no longer around.  (emails are rejected and calls result in a recording that it is an Avaya number but it is not in service)

    How do I find the replacement?

    You could probably open a ticket from the Avaya site or call any other Avaya Rep. They can probably look up who your rep is based on your records. Feel free to reach out to my rep, he would be happy to help.

    I did leave a voice message for my business partner figuring they should have access to that information also. 

    It sure would be helpful if Avaya posted the assigned rep for accounts - maybe on the support site under My Information??? Just feels exactly backwards customer trying to find the rep!
