    Is it possible to audit switching Agent Traces on and off?

    The 'Maintenance ACD Administration Log' report doesn't appear to show this information (Tools > Maintenance > ACD Administration Log Report).

    I am using the CMS Supervisor 17.0 client with an R16 backend.
