Good product we use is Veramark ECAS.

We use in a centralised deployment of Avaya core servers with 40+ branch offices in 20 countries

Veramark ECAS and Microcall both work well with Avaya.  I prefer the ECAS user interface.

What are your requirements?  Ours are fairly light so we've taken the problem in-house using syslog to collect records and Splunk for reporting.

I built an in house solution as the records are just text and easy to store / report. We are going to move however, to a 3rd party system from SAI. It's a very good system that eliminates call buffers and has a great reporting tool.

We just came off of SAI.  They were really good, but we were buying more than we needed.

We used the hosted SAI solution and had the same issue of buying more than we needed.  That's when we just started collecting the text data into Oracle and running our own reports. We ended up going with the on prem SAI solution a few years later which was very inexpensive and has the benefits of CDR moitoring and canned web based reporting.
