I'm looking for suggestions to find and remove Extensions, Agent ID's, COR's, Route Patterns, VDN's, and Mailboxes that are no longer used. This is a very large PBX, CM 6.3 (20,000 extensions) with a lot of turn-over, people come and go, In the old Nortel world I could run an "Unplugged" report and find extensions that had become disabled. Does anybody have any suggestions as to how to keep the system clean from excess overhead and no longer needed programming?
